The old stone farmhouse has recently been renovated to the highest standard, whilst retaining many original features.  Located in the tranquil village of Simeyrols, a short drive from the medieval town of Sarlat in the “golden triangle” of the Périgord Noir, it offers an idyllic retreat in close proximity to all the main tourist attractions and activities.

At Le Grézier you will find all the modern conveniences in an atmosphere of traditional French rustic charm, with :

• DVD player (with range of French and English DVD’s)
• Bookshelf and indoor games
• WiFi access to the internet

Set on nearly an acre of land the house offers luxurious accommodation for 8 – 10 people :

• 2 double bedrooms  (1 en-suite, 1 with king-size bed)

• Main bathroom, with bath and shower
• Shower room (en-suite, above)

The level gardens provide plenty of space for relaxation and outdoor games:

• 10 x 5 metre pool with roman steps, fenced for security
• Ample outdoor furniture for dining and lounging
• 2 attractive terraces, the main one perfect for BBQ’s or watching the sun go down with a glass of wine.
